- This shop have everything you could want or need for your smoking pleasures. I have been a regional manager of smoke shops in California and now that I’m in Nevada, this will be my go to shop. Mike is who seems to be there anytime I go and he’s easy to shop from. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. The prices are a bit steep but perhaps that is just because I’m used to my wholesale prices. Either way, I’ll pay whatever it is to get what I need. Thanks Mike!! Also, the store location is in a great spot and always clean.
- I came in and purchased 3 vapes that came out to the total of $82 and one of them came with no flavor so I went back in to see if I could trade it or atleast get my money back. The foreign young man proceeds to tell me he can’t because it was the manufacture fault and it was against there policy and sat and argued with me. So I left and decided to call the store and see if could speak with a higher up and the same young man answered and proceeds to tell me that he can’t do anything and I asked for his name and he says “I don’t have one” after I asked him to take my name down he said no and then hung up in my face. The guest service is terrible there and there disrespectful and lucky I’m not a crazy person and went back up there and did something.
- Was sold a broken battery. Called and let the guy know and there was no mention of no refund while on the phone. I got to the store with a new battery because why would I want a different one if the same brand was broken. Was told no refund and that I couldn’t pay the difference for a vape. Kind of strange. Dude was cool but kept trying to get me to take the broken battery. Like what ? Store is clean but it really needs to work on its policies for defective items because i lost 20 bucks to this when I would happily pay the difference for another item
- This smoke shop is a scam!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They sell half filled vapes and won’t even let you exchange it even though the package isn’t even open… I DID NOT EVEN WALK OUT THE STORE… never again will i go here!!! I advise no one else go here!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
