- I recently visited Up In Smoke Shop and was disappointed to learn that they have a strict "no refunds or exchanges" policy. While I understand not offering refunds, I find it concerning that they also don't allow exchanges. What if the product I purchase is defective? It seems unfair to expect customers to just accept the loss and move on. Because of this, I won't be returning. I’d rather make the drive to my usual smoke shop, where they at least offer exchanges, ensuring that I’m never stuck with a faulty product.
- I was in Vegas for my birthday trip and needed to get a vape for my girlfriend and I. I walked into the store off Charleston Blvd and was greeted very nicely immediately by Andrew. Gotta say bro was very cool and knew exactly how to help us. As i was looking around the store I happened to see some pretty cool glass pieces and ended up working with Andrew to buy one and have it shipped back to my house. Forward to the day it delivered , the piece showed up broken. Fortunately I know how smoke shops work with one and done purchases but i had some hope maybe Andrew could help me out. Sure enough after a couples texts and calls he helped me out once again and fixed the problem w a replacement. Awesome place, go check them out! THANK YOU ANDREW 🙏🏽🙏🏽
