- We were visiting from California and we love this shop. The manager was super nice and friendly and took great care of us. We wish there was a location in California. It was my birthday and we were visiting Reno to do some gambling and eat some great food. Our visit to the shop on our way out of town made the whole weekend. I highly recommend that you try this shop even if you’re just visiting From from California for the day!
- I came in the first time on accident, I needed a vape and wandered in to the first smoke shop I found. Brian was my cashier, and he was so nice and helpful that I was actually shocked. I have kept coming back not just for the great selection but for the outstanding customer service. I am from the midwest and the costomer service in Nevada is lackingover all, but not here! I found out Brian is the manager, and that makes sense to me as all of the staff seem to be trained to his same standard 👏 give this man a raise. I have been a regular for months now, so I would also love to shout out Rose for her regular assistance and product knowledge and Del for just being a sweet spectacular human every time I come in. Strong recomend, especially if you are local and looking for an alternative to Smokin Rays.
- Make sure they give you your points or coupons before you swipe your card. I received a 15% coupon and cashier forgot to discount it. He was cool and added 100 points which is like 5 dollars but 15% of 160.00 order is 22 dollars. Ill probably not come back.
