- While visiting this store last week I had one of the worst experiences ever. The new girl Destiny and Liz were being very rude, unprofessional, and just straight up ugly towards me. Liz was being very rude and offending me for trying to make a purchase. She ignored me while I was waiting patiently to buy something. Meanwhile destiny was being extremely weird. She followed me outside to my car to harass my boyfriend and banging on the window violently to “hug” my boyfriend who she allegedly knows. The following visit Liz was being so rude and disrespectful. This one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I’m a regular customer here and to be honest I don’t want to stop shopping there but I’m so frustrated and annoyed that this happened. I feel like I can’t shop here anymore. The only person that helped during this situation was the new employee Joey. He was very nice and respectful and helped me through the process of all this. I hope this issues get taken care of so I can continue being a customer.
- The new staff are amazing! Shannon, Mike, Kat and the girl with the tats are extremely informative and know what they're talking about. They make excellent recommendations to fit your needs and likings. Everything from vapes to glass to mods and wraps, Cloud City is the best place for a one stop shop. Quality products and quality customer service you just can't beat.
- Came into this shop for the first time today and honestly it's one of the best shops like this I have ever been in! The manager was absolutely wonderful, helpful and didn't rush us to make a purchase like every other shop like this! I applaud this store and the manager! Thank you so much we will be back
