- The manager of this place is a thief. They charged me $100 for two whip it tanks and one is broken and unusable. Instead of offering to replace, the manager yelled at me on the phone insisting he doesn’t sell broken products and all sales are final. I certainly understand the policy but not when the product you sell is broken and unusable. They are thieves and liars. Avoid at all cost
- Don't buy here this place is a ripoff! I bought a couple of liquid chambers, they leaked it to my battery and fried both of them! I went back to the shop to resolve the issue. The guy tried to give me something cheaper. I told him mine was more expensive. He said no it's the same. I asked him about my batteries, he ignored me. I refused to take the cheaper one then he pointed to the No refunds no exchanges sign. I said so it's no good! He said its used! I took the defective chamber back and said I was going to dispute the charge. He told me I'd never get my money back because he wrote my DL info on the reciept. Little does he know that is incorrect.
