- The worker was great and knowledgeable. Their grab bags are trash and all I got were accessories like wraps and empty bags for 25 dollars. Mystery bags not worth the gamble.
- Guy behind the counter would not let me look at the product I wanted to buy when I was trying to verify it was the correct item I needed and he would only let me see part of the product and I explained I needed to see the other side to confirm it was what I wanted (he would not let me touch it or turn it in the direction I needed to see it .) super frustrating and annoying. I spent almost 100 bucks there for him to tell me he was concerned about people shoplifting so I wasn’t allowed to touch the product. He is literally standing there with me at the register!!!! ..Awful customer service and he made me feel uncomfortable. I told him I would not be back after that experience. Not cool.
- I went there and the new guy behind the counter, mark, went above and beyond. Usually when I ask for to look at stuff I get attitude but this guy was awesome will come again
- I stumbled into this location almost by accident, and I'm glad I did. The staff are and have all been amazing. Very knowledgeable and super friendly and their prices are really reasonable. Not to mention the available options of vapes. EDIT: I feel that Anthony F needs to be recognized for his exemplary customer service! He's incredibly knowledgeable about their products AND his suggestions yet have been amazing!
