- Guy always tries convincing me to try a new brand then I finally do and he asks me to test it before leaving and I do and it’s flavorless, had my friend in the store with me try it as well he said the same thing, right in front of the employee. I tell him and he says that’s the flavor didn’t try it or anything. Strawberry watermelon is not a flavorless vape. Refused to even switch it for a new one of the same flavor. Will never return and will tell anyone who will listen not to go here.

- Most of the employees are disinterested and have zero customer service. One guy is incredibly pushy with his suggestions. I like one brand and only buy that, but this guy just will not quit pushing other brands. The one time I took him up on it, the product was horrible. I walk out whenever I see him because I hate having to argue for the product I want. The owner is very friendly, but was begging me to leave them a review in exchange for a discount, which 1. left a bad taste and 2. it was still more expensive than others.
