- I frequented this place for awhile and I loved the guys that work there. Last week, somehow their computer system ended up double charging me for a $12 purchase. I called the shop and there was no answer so I walked into the shop to find out that they had a computer problem, the Owner of the shop was on the phone with the sales guy that I’ve never had a problem with. The owner was asking for screenshots of my account to show the double charge, and then started to CHALLENGE ME on the fact that THEY had double charged me! WOULD. NOT. REFUND! UNBELIEVABLE! The sales guy felt bad bc I had previously been in there every day prior to this incident – so he offers me $12 out of his own pocket! Again, the sales guys are amazing there – but no, I want the OWNER and THE STORE to reimburse me and correct their mistake – not the sales guy to give me his own money to make it right, which of course is not fair to him. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my card company and will not ever return to this location even though I really like the two main employees that work there. Why would I expect morality and customer service and loyalty from a smoke shop? My mistake. And the owners loss of my regular business. Never again.
- What a breath of fresh air… Fresh off my arrival from Houston and with all of my research before my trip, this is the first place I chose. Obviously their store is bigger so the variety is more in your face. However, the reason I kept coming back to this location was the stellar customer service and the prices which are closer to what I’m used to paying. I was thrilled to not even come close to my medication budget for my vacation. Thankfully, I have that extra cash because the cost of food is ridiculous. I only wish I got the name of that gentleman who helped me. Because of his initial service, I brought back four different customers because I like to support people who deserve support.
