- EDIT: A manager contacted me within 20 minutes of posting this review and the situation has been resolved. I'm really impressed with how quickly these folks followed up with an unhappy customer (and on a Friday night no less!). I'm still not thrilled to have been sold a pipe made of questionable materials but will be exchanging it for a pipe made of glass soon. Throughout all this mess I have been really impressed by all the staff I've interacted with at hippie hut but will most likely only buy glass products there in the future.
