- I used Wild Side for 3 years until 9 months ago when I quit using a product. That being said, I've read these reviews and yes they upsell but it's a business. You can say no. I was always greeted when I walked I and there may be times that I waited but every employee always gave me my time to look and talk about different products and answer my questions. I saved raffle tickets and one time I won 200 store credit and that was fun. The vibe was always great In there. I haven't been inside that store in 9 months but the employees that they had then were always phenomenal. I just wanted to say that.
- BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a glass water pipe from this corrupt establishment and was given a pipe with a crack in it. I made the mistake of trusting this business and used the product once. While using the product I discovered the crack as the water leaked out all over everything. I immediately returned the product and was told tough luck. NO RETURNS! You used it fool. But we'll be nice and give you 30% of the purchase price for something new. I told them this fool was going to take his business else where. If you are reading this you should do the same. Don't be a fool for these crooks. (The business responded. As you can see they want to engage with me. I see no purpose other than to sell me more garbage. I moved on. The Green room has a same size and price silicon pipe. But I thought it would be nice on my part to give you some advice. You sold me a defective product and when I returned it your employee manager tried to up sell me to a more expensive product. That's called bait and switch and is a crime. Maybe in the future you have a time limited policy regarding returning glass products. Offer total purchase price refunds. (I only sought store credit to use towards a different product.))
- Whenever I come in to get juice and coils I am greeted, the workers are always very kind and take the time to find exactly what you’re looking for. There’s a wide variety of juices/coils/pieces, I have several pieces that I’ve bought from Wildside and they are all very beautiful. The staff knowledge about everything in the store is very helpful when you’re looking for specific things or trying to ask questions about certain things. I personally have started to quit smoking and the staff are all very supportive and gives advice when asked for. I only go here for my supplies for everything would highly recommend to pop your head in at least!
- OK selection (I guess), but avoid buying batteries here. While the selection is wide and colorful, ya pay $10 for a battery that works less than a whole week, and because of their 24 hour return policy, you're stuck with crappy electronics that don't work. Even the clerk warned that none of the batteries were that good, except the big, clunky, ugly expensive ones.
- Well they have alot but just a few of their employees are slow. I have waited 18 minutes for this lady to finish explaining product to a couple that just had questions while I sat waiting to purchase $120 worth of stuff and as I sat 4 more people walked in and 2 ended up behind me . The customer with the questions had to tell the employee to help us. Overall it's not that slow but just that one time.
