- Me like the legos Also man behind counter super friendly, helpful, and kind. To be honest I was talking on the phone the entire time, but without skipping a beat we were able to find the right coil type even though the blasted font was so tiny. 10/10 even though I should really quit vaping. Plus, free sticker.
- All the staff are super amazing the prices are great and when I've ever had an issue with a vape after I have left and used the vape I was able to exchange without any issues. They are always quick to help their customers that extra mile. Mind you I have only had to exchange once but the young lady that works there (I call miss J) is always friendly and amazing at her job. Thank you guys so much for being over the top!!!! All of you are awesome!!!

- I used to shop at this place exclusively because the staff was kind and helpful and knowledgeable, however in recent months I've only been able to interact with the owner, who is very rude. I went in recently and tried to ask for clarification on what measure 108 means for vaping and he literally laughed at me for not understanding, and continued to laugh at me, even after I tried to explain that my disability makes it hard to understand. It may not be his job to explain things to me, but I think everyone should be treated with respect and not leave the store, not only empty handed, but also feeling worse about yourself. I won't go back to this store is the owner is a working. Quality of the products is good, if you're willing to open yourself to having customer service laugh in your face when you ask questions.
