- Came in yesterday, a Saturday. The employee Sam, was very welcoming and guided me through the huge inventory of cigars. He helped me locate a few sticks I had saved on my phone “wishlist”. I live 45 minutes away and I can guarantee I will be back. And thanks again Sam for introducing me to the small Surrogates cigar. Looking forward to my next visit.
- This little shop has probably one of the better cigar selections in town. I definitely come here more often than other shops. Unfortunately they don't respect their operating hours. I got there towards the end, and it hadn't quite gotten to 6pm. They had already completely closed up shop. I find it really frustrating when companies do that.
- I'd been looking for a local pipe tobacco store and tend to shy away from anything on 82nd avenue but I decided to give this place a shot, and I'm glad I did. The store is very clean and well laid out. The two employees were extremely nice and helpful, more than knowledgeable about each and every product on the shelves and in the case. They were gracious to take anything out and allow me to look, smell, hold, and puruse their inventory. I went in looking for a cheap bag of Captain Black pipe tobacco and walked out with a new Peterson churchwarden, an 8oz tin of Sutliff (IYKYK), some bulk Cornel & Diehl Nutty Irishman, some free pipe cleaners, and a nice little discount — courtesy of the gentleman that I had been dealing with upon entering the store. All in all, 5/5. I finally found a local brick and mortar store that I'm more than happy to frequent. I'm already looking forward to what I'll find there next!
- This place is great! Easy to find, easy to park. Jad helped me find the perfect glass piece, taking the time to go through the options with me until we found the right one. It's *beautiful* with dark green glass and I'm so happy! Jad also gave me a great recommendation for a Lebanese restaurant downtown call Al-Hawr that I'm really looking forward to checking out.
