- Bought a bottle of vape juice here and when I got home, I noticed the safety seal was open. I went right back to the store to return it. The store clerk tried to tell me that it was open because they product test them. Surprisingly the clerk seemed like this was a normal thing and expected me to understand. I asked for a redund and was told no refunds and no returns. I told him that I had been patronizing this store since it opened and he could have cared less. After some squabbling, he made some calls and exchanged the product. The part that pisses me off is the attitude the dude gave me. When it was all said and done, i thanked him and said sorry for the hassel and this dude just walked away from me with a stupid look on his face and never said a word. In todays day and age, there are vape stores on every corner. I don't need you, you need us the consumer. I like the owner and never ever had an issue with him. I certainly will not spend another dime here!!!!
