- The staff is friendly and helpful but it's amazing how many ppl abuse the handicapped parking. Maybe add an outdoor camera and refuse service to those who don't understand what the blue paint is for.

- People are nice, but have had issues with products and support. Bought a mid range device from them and juice from them multiple times. When trying to purchase replacement coils was sold incorrect coils multiple times and now the tank leaks have contacted the store multiple times and am told they can do nothing unless a certain person is there. So I am expected to move my work schedule around to accommodate this one person that MIGHT be able to help. Even having done this and arriving at the shop at a time I was told they would be there that staff member left early for the day so I completely wasted my time. Staff is unable to contact management except on certain days and is unable to help resolve the issue. Again nice people but leaves a lot to be desired with supporting the product they sell.EDIT the staff did make contact with me and made an appointment where I was able to come in they figured out the problem immediately and provided great service to ensure I left a happy customer.
