- The saxonburg smoke shoppe is DEF the BEST around! If i could give more stars i would! The owners & staff are ~fantastic~ to say the least! When that door opens and the the bell rings, you hear "HELLO, *persons name*!!" Doesnt matter whos working or whos walkin thru the door. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it comes to their products, they've either tested them themselves or taken notes on customer reviews. I am VERY VERY picky to say the least when it comes to vapes. They have gone outta their way SOOOOO MANY times to find me special vapes i can try or to find the SPECIFIC ones i want. And i KNOW im not the only one they do that for! I dont care who ya are… Thats just down rite awesome at its finest!!! In all the time I've been going there only ever had 2 malfunctioning disposable vapes (that i test in store before leaving) and they replaced with out hesitation. Once again, thats just amazing! NO other shop / store does that… If you've not been there, i would HIGHLY recommend at least giving them a try!
- Staff is so friendly, the know-your-first-name types. They are always quick to answer questions, help with a selection or even to grab the laptop and look something up for me. You don't find that everywhere. They have also went out of their way to prevent me from making a "mistake/regret purchase" on a few things..suggesting things that would better suit my needs even if it was at a lower price point. Those are the things that keep making me want to go back! They have a fun selection of all kinds of things and a Facebook page if you want more of an idea of wares. Not the best well-stocked shop but they are always happy to get anything new in that you want to try.
