- Staff was unfriendly. She was not interested in any questions I had and I honestly felt like I was bothering her by trying to buy product. Definitely will go somewhere else in the future.
- Always kind of disappointed with the service here. Everyone that works there just seems so miserable. They have so many rules to follow, which makes me wonder how much they've screwed up in the past, but regardless, a smile doesn't cost much. Getting rejected because of having old hundred dollar bills is ridiculous, due to every other place having no issues with them, and being able to test if it's counterfeit. Every other smoke shop I've gone to, I'm able to joke around with, and actually have conversations with, not here. So to be honest, the only reason I continue to go here is because they have a particular product. Once I can find it elsewhere, I'll never go here again, as it's just not worth it.

- I’ve always had a great experience here , I’ve been coming since they open I’m reading some of the negative reviews, rules are in place for a reason follow the rules don’t cause any stress , retail employees have to deal with so many people and problems treat them the way you want to be treated, i have to go in tomorrow to get my opms and i guarantee they will be polite and helpful!
