- Completely overpriced compared to everywhere else in town, whole stock of kratom is missing tamper seals and has missing liquid and refuses to acknowledge either issue. Even when running a super bowl sale they are still significantly more than every other store in the area. Hate to give this rating but the absolute zero interest the owner and management have shown in fixing obvious issues it's only right.(EDIT: MEANT FOR SOUTH SIOUX CITY NEBRASKA LOCATION, HOWEVER OWNER IS AT SIOUX FALLS SO COMPLAINT SOMEWHAT APPLIES)
- I have yet to go into High End without being greeted with a warm and friendly hello and I always leave with someone thanking me for comin in and making sure I was taken care of. Staff is well versed in essentially every product they have and are enthusiastic and excited about what they do. Would recommend them to anyone and everything. Plus their selection is vast and their displays cases are clean and set up great!
