- Long time customer, idk who hired Susie, but she has the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any vape store. I will only shop here if shes not working that shift. She was annoyed I asked for recommendations, rude when I didnt immediately make my mind, and put in minimal effort when trying to make any sort of sale. I've never had any issues with this location before but she's finally ruined it for mme I'd rather drive an extra 15 min then experience her nasty attitude once more. Both the other employees I've interacted with are top tier at customer service. Susie sucks. If thats not her real name I was here July 31, 12:50 just trying to find a good pre-roll post hand surgery… not only did she lose a purchase today, but plenty of future ones as well. Hire passionate people. I promise there's plenty in this line of work; I have NEVER met such a sad & negative soul in a damn Smoke Shop.
