- I love this place! I come here at least a few times a week. They always have a nice stock and accessories for all your smoking needs. There has never been a time that I haven't been greeted immediately. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to find out. The rewards program is the best. Mary my favorite employee has a great vibe and energy. An absolutely perfect fit for a great company.
- This place doesn’t care about their customers or what they sell just their money, don’t trust the clerks either make sure you check you’re items are all complete & the attachments actually fit & go to the item you’re buying. Was sold an item that didn’t have the nozzle that fit correctly & it was continuously falling off I asked for the clip holds the pieces together (that usually goes with it) & the guy just didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing & didnt want to help & I stated multiple times that it didn’t seem like it was the right part & it might break or fall apart but he said it wasn’t going to. Not even 24hrs & The item broke just like I had asked the clerk helping me that night if it would. I came the following day for help for an exchange or at least a decent discount for a new piece & no one wanted help they just cared more about their money . The training manager didn’t even want to listen to my story he immediately was on the defense & went straight to not wanting to help at all & didnt take into consideration that I had voiced my concerns multiple times to their clerk but their clerk said it was “just like that”, I came back literally the following day after purchasing the item for their help or at least accountability for their mistake. But they were more worried about selling me another item that was worth more than the one I originally bought.
