- Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Came to purchase a vape and as soon as I hand a 20 dollar bill to the red headed inexperienced sales person she lets me know she doesn’t have change. Ok I get that, let me have my 20 back and I can pay you with my card. Soo she says no I can’t give you the money back even though the transaction literally happened seconds ago. I claimed it’s unprofessional of the establishment to not have change for their customers which she claimed, “ too bad.” All I’m asking for is if you don’t have change then simply state it. All other businesses have gotten away with it by simply displaying a sign. I understand it’s only less than 50 cents but it’s still the principle of the matter. So I should just be ok with them keeping my change? How many people have they done this to? I don’t care if I’m banned from going there. There are 2 different places to go to get a vape near by, I’ll never be going back and definitely will not be recommending my friends and clients to go here

- Bought two vapes last Monday. Finally opened the second one last night . Put it to charge . The light didn't turn on. I woke up to the house full of smoke . The vape had blown up . It was a cos bar 5000 strawberry ice cream. Be careful. No replacement offered. Edit . They replied to contact them about my specific issue. I spoke with them over the phone and they told me they wouldn't make any exceptions . They put sorry it didn't live up to my expectations. Of what? Not killing my baby and 2 other children when we are asleep ?
