- Top notch shop with a wide variety of goods. Great selection on incense, glassware and other treats. Family owned and operated. And lovely people they are indeed. There is always parking plus this place has long had an early bitcoin ATM.
- Bought quick fix. Sold me an expired one. Only way to check if it is expired or not is to check on the website. Once I realized it was expired I tried to return it with the receipt. And didnt let me return it
- Terrible customer service. Lady told us not to waste peoples time. Just because they didn’t have what we were looking for and decided to go somewhere else. In the photo are the two employees that we wasted the time of. They are being so productive.
- Worst return policy, got me an enail and still havent used it, i took it back probably an hour latter i got it cause the charger section had an isue and wont even charge, so i took ik back the way they give it to me , the Package didnt have the wrap seal plastic around and there wasnt even a manual, looked like it was a returned product or something, so they told me that once you get it out the store they cant do anything on helping you on that part, ill post some pics so you peeps can tell,i meam os not like they would put wax on it and let you tryit before you buy itđŸ™„ ,sorry but worst of the worst policy return ever, good thing that it wasnt more then 40 bucks, all other smokes shops do have a right policy return when it comes about electronicsđŸ¤·, Definitely npt going back and people that had same problem just bring Business somewhere else , np, that place is a joke, best place to go buy ?, freedomvapors in payson,best deals, best prices, that place is off the hook 10 days smoke shop warraty plus a manual and a factory warranty after the 10 days that they will offer you , i invite you to check out freedomvaporsđŸ™Œ, shame on AM smoke shop in orem, worst of worst tbh.
