- It is my favorite store, I recommend it for vape lovers, they are very friendly, the best prices and the costumer service is great, it is the best vape shop in Utah. This is the best vape store, Gaby and Jake (the guy with the big beard) are very friendly, they give you excellent service and attention. I recommend this store to all smokers, the variety of vapes is immense and the prices are great.
- Sold me some expired vape juice. Yum. Im so happy that I spent money here for a product to make me extremely nauseous. Check the expiration date before purchasing. Also, I will add, double-check that they're selling you the correct coil. A lot of people here don't know anything when it comes to vaping.
- Terrible attitude of the employees This shop is closest to my home but I gladly drive further to get decent service. Came in for juice and a coil and told them the coil MG I needed. They grabbed it and rung it up and I went out to my car and tried using the items. Wrong coil and wrong MG. I went back in not even two minutes later and told them they’d made a mistake and could I exchange it for the correct ones. NOPE since I opened the coil and broke the seal on juice they wouldn’t do anything and it didn’t matter they’d sold me the wrong items. It was now my fault for opening them. Wow. I honestly thought they were kidding but no they weren’t. They were happy to sell me the right items but they wouldn’t do anything about what I paid for that was useless to me. So I’ve never gone back and I was at least a regular weekly customer and bought many of their overpriced mods. The employees could have cared less if I returned. Nightmare. Avoid this shop it’s not worth the trouble.
- Bought a battery here for a 3/8ths attachment. The attachment was circular and the battery was a little too big. Called back 5 minutes later and asked if I could swap for possibly a cheaper circular one and was told no refunds and that it’s posted on the door somewhere. Out 15$ for something I have absolutely no use for. Make sure u walk in the door with ur attachment in hand so u can make sure it fits before u buy because once u walk out the door your stuck with it no matter what apparently. Have spent lots of money here on more expensive glass and obviously wouldn’t try to return anything like that but a battery is a different story completely. Will not be coming back anytime soon.
- Great prices! Great staff AJ was very helpful and knowledgeable. That guy had all the answers and helped suit all of my needs. Went in for one item and left with a few more. He upsold me on some really great accessories. They have a huge selection of just about everything. Definitely recommend! Prices are extremely competitive.
