- I recently went here the day after my 21st birthday, and bought the aegis max mod for 75 dollars, a brand new battery for the vape mod, and a 60ml CBD vape juice of watermelon OG 250mg. The vape juice works great! But, I haven't even got 100 puffs in and It gives me a error code saying Protection Atomizer short. The tank was also having leaking issues, so I replaced all the seals where it was leaking, and I put in the spare coil that came with the vape mod, and still got the same error code. This was my first time coming to this store, and I don't want to go back and waste anymore money since I already spent almost 125 dollars and I live almost 2 hours away. The CBD vape juice works great, and the customer service is really good, but if you spend 75 dollars on a new vape and 25 dollars on a new battery and 25 on the vape juice and you cannot use any of it, then it is very frustrating. Not including I cannot afford another one because all the money I spent was birthday money, and my job only pays minimum wage. Do I recommend anyone going to this place? Yes I do! I just think some products should be tested thoroughly before being sold to a customer! I am giving this place a 3/5 Because they have great customer service, and CBD products, but I think some things needs a bit of a tweaking in testing the products!
- Definitely will not spend my money here. I called the store to ask if they had a product in stock. They hung up on me mid question. I figured “oh maybe the phone disconnected” but no. They continued purposefully 3 times afterwards to pick up and hang up the phone. On the 5th time I called. They answered the phone with an attitude and I asked them why they continuously hung up. Their response was “well we’re answering the phone now” smh
