- DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! I have been making special trips to Cig City almost everyday to buy my cigs and other "smoking" needs for almost 10 years. The owner and i have always got along and never had a problem. UNTIL TODAY (8/28)!!!! It was slow and we were walking around, talking and looking at his inventory and I was very interested in a glass piece and several other item. I had just "2" questions about the glass before I bought it. I asked the first question and was told to "MAKE UP MY DAMN MIND AND QUIT ANNOYING HIM." That hit me like a punch in the gut. He was my buddy. He argued with me some more. And I gave up. He is a terrible owner and (my guess) against CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was so disappointed. Needless to say I will NEVER go back and I suggest everyone do the same.
