Today I wanted to try out the delta carts. However I seemed to be having issues with it. I tried it on 3 different batteries and none worked. So I went back and they exchanged the cartridge for me. No fuss, nothing. They did some test to make sure it was not working, apologized for the trouble and then they gave me another one and sent me on my merry way. The best possible outcome. 10/10 will be going back for any little thing I need. I recommend you do too!
