- Great staff, great selection, decent prices even. Nag Champa Soap and great funky clothes you cant easily get, are favorites of mine. But if they don’t have it (id be surprised) they have offered to order one for me. They rock. Full Stop. Edit: not quite full stop — Chris, the owner I’ve met and see why they are great: he prides himself on having a great shop selection and helpful staff— and now Chris added an “adult toy” section… and I forgot to mention grow supplies available, and per usual they’ll get it if they don’t have it typically. Old school customer service like you’re a old buddy, is who Chris and his staff just are. You can get some stuff elsewhere-(some with difficulty)- but its a treat to just do it with a bud, right? And believe me, I’m high maintenance so you may even like it more!
- I Love The Underground 🥰 We've been going here since we moved here 18 yrs ago. I love all the new items they have in the adjacent building. The Girl ( sorry didn't get her name) was so Nice, Friendly an helpful. I got a quite a few Christmas Gifts that I know my son will like . My son knows the owner an he has ALWAYS been helpful an pleasant to deal with . He definitely knows his stuff .We will continue doing our Business with them . Make sure you keep the Girl that was there on Wednesday December 8th she was knowledgeable an so Nice . I also met the shops Kitty 🐱 what a Sweetheart.
- The response time is phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable. I asked a few questions and even though they didn't sell it they sent me to places that are the cheapest and where I can get it. I highly recommend if you have any questions to message them thru the optional contact board. I had a full conversation in under 10 min.
- Pricing is a bit to high for my liking, no discounts, even when talking to the owner. It was honestly very frustrating considering I have lived in this town for years and given them a lot of business no I just of my own but also me recommending people! Personally I will not shop there anymore an will no longer be recommending anyone.. The void is where I have found the most decent prices, great customer service an the best product around BRATTLEBORO AREA
- Nice little smoke shop, good selection of things at reasonable prices. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. One down side (that I'm not really holding against them) is that they had just moved all their cases around and hadn't gotten the lights in then yet, so the store was a little dark. That said the employee there was very helpful and would pull out any piece we wanted to look closer at, even though we were upfront about just window shopping. My wife and I did see some pieces we plan to go back for in the near future. The reason for the 4 stars instead of five is that I prefer more scientific glass and their selection on that was very sparse.
