- I usually have very good service at this war pony I just went there It happens to be 3:30 in the morning The guy that was there was very rude today's date is 3/18/25 quite honestly from having years of experience working with people who are intoxicated or under the influence of a substance this gentleman was clearly loaded and I'm not talking about alcohol or pot. Did not have good customer service at all again he was very rude to me asking for a receipt sticks his hands out the window drops it and closes the window. Mind you he didn't drop it in my hand He's dropping on the ground out of the years that I have been a patron at war a pony I have not had this kind of crappy service at all and it's very surprising. I mean if you're going to work a customer service job he kind of you know have at least some kind of people skills I would imagine. So I don't know like I said I've never had this experience at this location and I really hope they get under wrap I'm honestly legit very dissatisfied with the way I was just treated by that person. What I'm not going to do is publicly put his name on blast You can take this how you want to That's up to you in the future I really hope that this guy figures out how to treat a person with some respect because quite honestly there is no excuse for the way that I was just treated.

- My friend recommended this place because he said it had good deals. When I arrived the employee seemed pretty high strung possibly on drugs. He got very agitated when I started asking about prices and what the good deals were. He was speaking very quickly so I could not hear the price of a product. When I asked about the price again he told me to go somewhere else and slammed the windows in my face. I'll pay 10 extra dollars to go out of my way to avoid this place! I suggest that you guys do too.
