- Update: The owner replied and as you all can see, wanted to make it right. He absolutely did not have to give me two for the one that was bad, and when I went in, I even said that one was fine. That right there is top tier customer service. I appreciate that they were able to see that I wasn’t trying to scam and wanted to fix it. Every once in a while things can happen or be defective, it’s how it’s handled from there and I can say I will continue to support this business. As it charged, the juice battery was going down and it’s now leaked all over my bed. Battery won’t hold a charge and it’s smoking on its own. Never got to use it. Call them and “per policy” there’s nothing they will do. “I can give you 10% off a new one “ 🤯 I just spent $26 on this one what is 10%. I suppose because so many people have lied to get free product. I’m an old lady, don’t need to do that. But I will take my business elsewhere. There are times that there should be exceptions to the policies, and this was one of them.
