- The product selection is fantastic. They have everything from vapes to nicotine pouches from other countries. The cigar collection is one of the best in town. I recommend going here if you want to try different types of pouches. They range from 3mg all the way up to 50 mg pouches. I would say the best ones I have tried so far are the snowman pouches and the chainpop brands. Definitely try the chainpop in the apple cinnamon. If you like variety then this is the place to go.
- Pluto’s Smoke Shop is awesome! They were the only place in town that had the vape flavor I was looking for. Shelby was super friendly and helpful the whole time. I also got to sample their nicotine pouches before deciding which ones to buy, you never get to sample anything before buying any more. To top it off, we even left with a complimentary soda on the way out! Great experience all around — 5/5, will definitely be back.

- Pluto's smoke shop has always been so friendly and clean when I come in. Today I walked in with a MOD question. Drake answered all of my questions and told me the Pros/Cons of owning one. He even mentioned the discounts they offer on certain days of the week. I recommend Pluto's to everyone I talk to. Great shop with great customer service. And an added bonus, you get a free drink with a purchase!
- We have so many smoke shops in Cheyenne but this is one has become my favorite. Lauren is amazing. She is easy to talk to and always helps me even when I take forever deciding! They are always super kind and you even get a free drink with every purchase (: They also have SOOO many products. The shop looks futuristic lol.
